Alumni

A Legacy of Excellence,
A Future of Leadership

From engineers and consultants to pilots and entrepreneurs, our alumni are ready to lead.

More than 1,600 CareerTrackers alumni have entered the workforce, changing the face of corporate Australia and their communities.

95% of our alumni are in full-time employment within three months of graduating, with a median starting salary 15% higher than that of non-First Nations graduates.

Our alumni community continues to contribute to the program by mentoring and demonstrating leadership to their peers.

The Power of the Network

The CareerTrackers Alumni Program is your platform for lifelong connection and professional evolution. Join a powerful national community of Indigenous professionals in banking, science, wellbeing, business ownership and more.

Connect With Global Visionaries

Our alumni network extends far beyond local borders. Through exclusive keynote events, networking galas and professional forums, you’ll engage with CEOs, community elders and industry pioneers who are redefining excellence on a world stage.

“

CareerTrackers works because it doesn’t just open doors. It sustains people once they walk through them.
